Sunflower Cleaning NV Terms and Conditions

**1. Services Provided
Sunflower Cleaning NV offers a range of cleaning services, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning. A detailed description of services and pricing can be found in our Service Price Sheet or as agreed upon in the service agreement.

 

Booking: All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance. To schedule, please contact us via phone, email, or through our website.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 or may result in the forfeiture of a deposit if applicable.


**3. Payment Terms

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise arranged. We accept  cash, credit/debit card,apple pay, cash app, afterpay,klerna and paypal
Late Payments: Payments not received within 24 hours of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 25.00 or 20% of the total invoice amount.


**4. Client Responsibilities

Access: Clients must ensure that our cleaning staff has unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes providing keys or access codes if required.
Valuables: Clients should secure or remove any valuables or fragile items from the areas to be cleaned. Sunflower Cleaning NV is not responsible for damage to or loss of such items.


**5. Service Guarantee

Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 6 hours of the service completion, and we will address any issues at no additional charge.
Re-Cleaning: Requests for re-cleaning must be made within 6 hours of the initial service.


**6. Liability and Insurance

Insurance: Sunflower Cleaning NV is fully insured for general liability. Our insurance covers accidental damage caused during the cleaning process.
Liability: Sunflower Cleaning NV is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or damages due to client’s failure to notify us of fragile or valuable items.


**7. Health and Safety

Health: Clients are responsible for informing us of any health risks or conditions that may affect the cleaning service. This includes, but is not limited to, allergies, contagious diseases, or specific cleaning requirements.
Safety: Our staff is trained to adhere to health and safety guidelines. Clients must ensure their premises are safe for cleaning.


**8. Changes to Terms
Sunflower Cleaning NV reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that may affect their service.

**9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Las Vegas, Nv. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Las Vegas Nv.
